I graduated from Cornell University in 2008 with a B.S. in Apparel Design & Fiber Science. I am a technically trained patternmaker with a comprehensive knowledge of high-end garment construction and fit.
Patternmaking specialities include:
Flat pattermaking and draping for first prototype through final sample.
Creating production-ready patterns that include cutter's musts, grading rules and construction guidelines.
Digitizing and editing patterns through Optitex and Lectra.
Experience across a wide range of product categories including mens, womens, wovens, knits, tops, bottoms, outerwear, activewear, etc.
Development specialities include:
Creating technical sketches in Illustrator.
Creating tech packs in Excel including spec sheets, constructions guides, BOM's and grading rules.
